Cravin’ Dogs began as a “gonzo-folk” trio in 1986, crafting a sparse brand of rock & roll that used acoustic guitar, drums, and harmony-driven vocals to create a unique blend of folk, classic rock, ’80s new wave, and bluegrass. Cravin’ Dogs has since evolved into an all-original, eclectic, roots-rock quintet that has played over 1000 shows, and released ten full-length albums, one EP, and two compilation retrospectives. The band is currently recording new material for its 11th full-length album, Invisible Fence, due in 2024.
